Check In and Check Out is a VERY exciting time for YOUR pup, as well as ALL the other pups. We depend on YOU to help it go safely and smoothly!Check In:
Plan to check in between 7-8 AM.
EARLY CHECK IN at 6:30 or 6:45 is available for a fee by prearrangement.
We depend on texting so that we are ready for each new arrival. Please TEXT when you are ON YOUR WAY and again WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
We check-in in our parking lot. Please stay in your vehicle until approached by a staff member. Be sure to attach your leash AT HOME so we can safely transfer your EXCITED pup.
First timers MUST check in at 7 AM SHARP! This allows your pup to arrive in peace without other pups barking at him! It gives him time to sniff around and explore, and get the lay of the land. IMPORTANTLY, it also gives our staff time to evaluate your pup’s demeanor and readiness for social time.
In general, we will not approach your vehicle if we have never met your pup. On your pup’s first visit, please be ready to exit your vehicle with your LEASHED pup when invited by a staff member.
Check Out:
Monday-Saturday checkouts are from 7-11 AM & 4-7 PM.
Late morning is the BEST time for checkout because your pup will have time to stretch and play after his overnight board. Please TEXT with your anticipated check out time.
Sunday checkouts are from 2-7 PM.
We depend on texting so that we are ready with your pup and his gear. Please TEXT when you are ON YOUR WAY and again WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
Please remain in your vehicle and avoid wandering into view or calling out to your pup or other pups. We will be happy to assist your pup into your vehicle.
Please NOTE that we are CLOSED from 11 AM-4 PM Monday-Saturday while the pups nap. And we are CLOSED Sundays until 2 PM. (Pups are cared for Sunday mornings before church.)
