All pups must register before being confirmed on the calendar.TEXT the following to 205-861-4967:

your pup’s name(s) and breed/size
check in and check out dates
pup’s photo
We will email our Pet Personality Profile. Please fill it out and return images or digital files via email or text. (We do not require the paper copies.)
Vaccines and Medical Records: At registration, we require your pup’s complete medical history. Ask your vet to email you his “chart” or “history.” After receiving it, please forward it to us. We do not accept records directly from your vet. Records must include the dates vaccines were GIVEN, and may also include the dates next vaccines are DUE. For vaccines, we require:
Rabies (1-year or 3-year)
Distemper (1-year or 3 year) *** variously known as DHPP DAPP DA2PP DHLPP etc.
Bordetella/Kennel Cough (every six months)
In addition, your pup must be on Heartworm, Flea, and Tick prevention.
